August Consulting managing director Tracey Shearer, and procurement specialist Bill Porter, will be presenting at a round table session at this year’s Procurement in Healthcare Forum in Sydney from 9-10 May.

Hosted by the Chartered Institute of Procurement and Supply (CIPS), the second annual forum brings together leaders in healthcare, including providers, suppliers and peak bodies, and aims to elevate and enhance procurement.

It will address key industry issues, including supply chain disruptions precipitated by geopolitical disruptions, new environmental, social, and corporate governance (ESG) mandates, and how to transition from paper to digital processes.

Presenting on day one at Round Table Two, Tracey and Bill will be discussing the importance of the right engagement and change management approach in optimising procurement outcomes. With a spotlight on clinical engagement and data driven insights, what strategies can you adopt to shift the dial?
