August Consulting's team presented an interactive workshop at the 2022 HFMA National Conference in Melbourne.
As part of the Cost Effectiveness session, our Managing Director, Tracey Shearer, and Health Care Lead Consultant, Bill Porter, presented the workshop, “Procurement Action = Margin Impact”, followed by a Q&A.
Focusing on strategies to improve procurement results, they shared their insights and the enablers required to measure performance and increase margins.
They took the participants through case studies, highlighting the importance of getting buy-in and change management strategies to facilitate effective implementation.
They also provided take-away strategies and tools to improve organisations' procurement performance.
