Great to have attended the Healthcare Leaders Forum | 3 August 2023 | Sydney this week. A few takeaways and themes for the day:
✔ Responding to COVID drove #innovation, adoption of technology and service redesign
✔ Delivering #sustainablechange is key, people can easily go back to their old ways, the balance is probably somewhere in between
✔ If your systems ‘make it easier’ for your clinicians/staff to do their jobs you’re more likely to see greater #adoption
✔ Co-design ensures the right buy-in and delivers greater #outcomes for the long term
✔ Leaders need to develop strategies to manage #changefatigue and support staff #wellbeing
